Xpectation

On Expectation: It is saif that xpectation is the root cause of most of the miseries which man faces. But is this true. Again here I should come back to the theory of dualism. Xpectation arises because of the perception that a second entity exists. I mean the physical entity. It is then that u 'xpect' this physical entity to behave according 2 ur liking... and vise versa... this is quite natural for any human bieng. Having a personal xperience.There was this friend of mine who xpected so much from me that he has sometimes not eaten his food bcos I cud'nt meet his xpectations. And I've also done the same.. many times. But when u realise that it is the same u who resides in this other entity.. it is the same brahman .. who resides in everyone.. where is the question of expectation. Have u ever expected urself to do something for u. how ridiculous.... yes everything falls into place here. But how do u realise this.. how do u eliminate dualism. Does meditation help.. does Kriya yoga help.. what is the path which will ultimately lead to this blissful feeling where the physical existance of every person every object around u becomes immaterial. It is only one force that will pervade the whole universe.. and it is U.. rather it is 'me'. This will be the realization of 'Aham Brahmaasmi'. But I need an answer for how to realize this. Im my guess the first step is self realization. That means first see u in urself.. then u'll rather easily feel urself in something else. What I mean is the physical forms may be different.. but what is to be realized is just the state of mind .. 'Aham Brahmaasmi' is the state of mind. All this nebody can write. But the answer to the quest .. I have'nt found still now.
